Executive Assistant
Department: Business Development
Position: Executive Assistant
Role and responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations
  • Coordinate sales activities, including travel arrangements, event planning, and customer follow-up.
  • Assist with sales reports and presentations.
  • Maintain sales databases and records.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
