Senior Project Analyst
Department: Project Management
Position: Senior Project Analyst
Role and responsibilities:
  • Leads several complex projects simultaneously with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences. 

  • Maintain an appropriate business relationship with the development team, product owner and stakeholders.  

  • Collaborating effectively with the BD team to ensure the right distribution of resource allocation for ongoing and new projects. 

  • Communicates project requirements, goals, milestones and other relevant information effectively to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner.  

  • Coordinates project schedules, meetings and acts as a facilitator to remove impediments. Creates project status reports and monitors project progress through the use of the project management tool.  

  • Defines project scope and deliverables and ensures company resources are utilized efficiently.   

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities.  

  • Early assessment of project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.  

  • Conflict resolving with clients & coming up with well-versed solutions to address respective problems.  

  • Building strategies for the company for better project management and delivery. 

  • Handling 8-10 projects in parallel.  

  • Mentor and guide with more than 2 reportees. 

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills on multi-tasking, attention to detail, team management, conflict management, task prioritizing, time management, problem analysis and resolution.  

  • Strong client-facing, and effective client relations and retention.  

  • Analyze risks and opportunities.  

  • Ability to work under pressure effectively both individually and in a team-based environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities. 

  • Demonstrate Leadership Skills, resolve team conflicts, motivate the team, constructive feedback to the team; being a role model drive the team in the progressive path. 

  • Should work in a team of more than 10 to 15 members 

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years  


Project Manager
Department: Project Management
Position: Project Manager
Role and responsibilities:
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcome. 

  • Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers. 

  • Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized. 

  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. 

  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory practice, and guidelines. 

  • Communicates project requirements, goals, milestones and other relevant information effectively to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner.  

  • Creates project status reports and monitors project progress through the use of the project management tool.  

  • Defines project scope and deliverables and ensures company resources are utilized efficiently. 

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities.  

  • Consistently delivers high quality services to clients.   

  • Identifying causes for potential project delays and ensures timely corrective action so as to ensure meeting of project deadlines agreed with customers. 

  • Working on maintaining discipline, proper time management, and adherence to project timelines at all times in the production area.  

  • Maintain an appropriate business relationship with the development team, product owner and stakeholders.
