Position: HR Executive I
Role and responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Partner who will be able to provide remarkable employee experience to our energetic team. You’ll be working on all things people-related, supporting people initiatives while making our workplace a more enjoyable place to be.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies for employees.
  • Execute employee connect programs, drive employee relations and people experience.
  • Design and implement internal campaigns and events[employee wellness/fun activities/employee connect programmers, culture campaigns , contests] to keep the team engaged  and bring our living breathing core values to life.
  • Drive the  internal communications (Open houses ), event briefings, newsletter, manage leadership communication – leadership townhalls, annual day events.
  • Design and drive implementation of people practices, rewards and recognition programs, employee development programs.
  • Drive employee dipstick surveys, setup metrics and benchmarks to measure, iterate and improve on initiatives.
  • Research and implement best practices in employee engagement.
  • Drive culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Accountable for all internal brand communication and promotion activities.
  • Design mailers and posters for the event; Design the structured orientation content and keep it up-to-date, manage social media handles and curate employee engagement  content for  online platforms while working in sync  with the social media team.
  • Responsible to carry out employee onboarding and assimilation &  handling offboarding interviews.  
  • Oversee the 90-Day on-boarding program for new team members.
  • Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses organization training needs including training needs assessment, planning and organizing training ProjectWise/Deptwise with external or internal learning team , projects cross-training. Drive the culture of self-paced e-learning in the organization. Evaluate the impact of the training. 
  • Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging. Create awareness into POSH compliance.

 

Requirements:

Key Competencies

1-3 years experience in Employee Engagement

Qualification: MBA/PGD in Human Resources

Proven influencing, negotiation and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.


Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.


Excellent MS Office skills
