Executive Assistant
Department: Administration
Position: Executive Assistant
Role and responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
    2. Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries.
    3. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
    4. Organize and maintain the office filing system.
    5. Prepare internal and external corporate documents .
    6. Take minutes during meetings and distribute information as appropriate.
    7. Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
    8. Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
    9. Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
    10. Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
    11. Assist in preparing and editing company communications, such as memos, emails, and presentations.
    12. Delegate office administrative tasks
Requirements:
Skills : 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Preferred:

    1. Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    2. Multilingual abilities.
