Senior 3D Artist
Department: Modelling
Position: Senior 3D Artist
Role and responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities   

  • Create high quality stylized and realistic game ready assets like characters, props, environments and more 
  • Formulate style guides and benchmark assets wherever necessary 
  • Participate in art reviews and troubleshoot any art issues with artistic solutions from a creative and technical standpoint 
  • Set up workflows for 3D art production 
  • Knack for problem-solving and figuring out the best ways to achieve a given task 
  • If required, be able to handle the quality and delivery of a 3D project
Requirements:

Skills & Experience We are Looking For 

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience 
  • A comprehensive understanding of the 3D game art pipeline
  • Quick visualization ability from either written description, discussed ideas or concept art 
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D Sculpting, Modelling, Texturing and Rendering 
  • A strong grasp of Zbrush Sculpting, Substance Painter Texturing and strong knowledge in Maya, Max or any equivalent 3D program 
  • A relevant portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D Modeling / Sculpting and Texturing works 
  • Some experience and understanding in using game engines 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing effective collaboration with a wide variety of project staff
