Position:	Data Analyst I
Role and responsibilities:	Create dynamic reports in BI tool (QlikView / Google Data studio,PowerBI), analyzing online and offline data that summarizes all the operational and financial drivers on a periodic basis. Create an optimized Data model which will be robust for further changes. Support management function by providing SQL based analysis Design and develop ad hoc analysis to support hypothesis for opportunities in the areas of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention Develop business insights based on analysis results and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Requirements:	1-3 years’ experience In BI tools Proficient in complete SDLC as a Business Intelligence Solution with responsibilities like Requirement gathering, analysis of data, building data models, application development, deployment, testing, maintenance .Ability to write complicated and efficient SQL queries and stored procedures. Knowledge of formal database architecture and design. Resourceful, practical and critical thinker Self-motivated and organized Good communication skills, able to bring forward a vision or opinion Python knowledge - creating data flows
